What it actually says: “Herp-derp."

As a Taurus toter, I am completely clueless as to what that punch line means.
Anyone care to explain "herp-derp"?

It's like when Johnny Carson was the Tonight Show host. He'd tell a long joke
and end up with some L.A. specific neighborhood or street with which I was completely
unfamiliar. His LA audience would laugh hysterically while the rest of America wondered
what was so hilarious about "Reseda" or "La Cienega Boulevard."
