Those no shoots are really getting jumpy lately. I almost got one in the head the other day. We're going to have to get them to settle down before a bunch of them get themselves shot!! Did you see the 16yr old girl out there with the Glock?? She's getting much better. If she would get her speed up just a little, she'd actually be one to recon' with!!
I like Mongo's stages....they're pretty creative and I like alot of movement (after my ankle heals, that is....) IT's killing me now and I'm going to skip shooting this weekend because of it. IT was really hurting at the state match, but now I can't walk on it and have to work in the worlds longest facility today humping equipment back and forth. Yay......I'll be off my feet all weekend and better just in time to go back to work

ooooooh, do tell......might make up my mind before it gets back!!
That was Doug and Mongo who went and unlocked the gates. Top notch guys......braved the mosquito infested exit to let us out!!! I'd like to see a bunch of steel in a stage for a change. Maybe the bad guys could be wearing big necklaces with steel plates hanging on them?

Every match you learn something new. Whether you're a novice or old school wheel gunner
I kow I've still got tons to learn and did a little self-instruction this evening. Learned a bit about my limitations and skills. Gotta know what you're capable of and sometimes it helps to push yourself to the point that you make that mistake and learn from it. Some guys seemed to be going waaay to fast. Just keep those sights on target. They dictate the speed at which you shoot the target. Speed will come with time/experience.

That was a pretty good match. Not bad at all. I like when Mongo sets up the stages. He's pretty creative and manages to keep them pretty challenging. I seem to always forget something.....tonight was the mozambique before proceeding but I picked up the missed head shot and just got a procedural. Still, the Beretta ran like a swiss watch. Over 5000 rounds and not one malfunction. Has to be the most reliable handgun I've ever owned. It'll be hard to even think of shootin that XD when it gets back. Might just have to trade it straight up for something else.
