That's funny, my Gen4 Glock 19 has been flawless for over 1000 rounds now (and I've even cleaned it twice! ;-) )

To the OP, is it thickness you're worried about with the Glock 30? Proper attire and a good belt/holster combo go a very long way towards concealing a gun.

I can conceal anything from a full size 1911 to my Glock 19 in just shorts and a t shirt.

I've never shot a 36, but two things jump out at me: With a G30, you can use G21 magazines in it. A G36, being the only "slim" design can only use G36 magazines.

In addition, for a little extra thickness, I'd take 10 rounds of .45 in a G30 over 6 rounds of .45 in a G36 any day.

Just my opinion, and as always...probably worth what you paid for it. :tiphat:
