They hang over your pants and go under your belt. Your pants actually support the weight of the pistol, supported by the belt. I did it mainly because I thought the standard metal hooks would scratch the belt. I still supports the holster just fine, but you the clips aren't as visible.Dragonfighter wrote:Could you clarify? I have a SuperTuck for my Springfield XDm .40. I love it. It's very comfortable once you get it positioned right. I wear mine with J-hooks.
