Ah, this answers the question I've had for quite some time. I had assumed he wasn't armed because maybe there's some law that says bounty hunters have no legal right to be armed in the discharge of their duties. Does anyone know the law on that? If there's no law against it, this may explain why he (and not other, armed bounty hunters) has become such a media darling...since the media is constantly trying to convince us that you can stop criminals without guns.
