It can only be a "BUYBACK" if you bought the gun from the APD. This is a compensated confiscation!

I have two guns I could get more out of by selling them to the PD and would if I was anywhere close. I also don't know anyone dumb enough to sell a Class 3 "assault rifle" for $200 but if they are they deserve to not only get robbed by the PD but also the city when they pay for it with their own tax money!
