I think far to many people, LEOs and not, don't know they need to shoot more. They passed so why hassle with it. It isn't required so who cares. I know the type and even those who don't clean their guns until it doesn't work properly anymore. I don't understand it because I like to shoot. I like to practice. I like to stay current on the laws. Just like I can't understand those who only carry sometimes. But, that is how some people are. They will always do the minimum of what they think they have to. I know CHL holders that think they are experts because they have the license in their pocket. They haven't learned anything since they left the class but they know everything. Same with some LEOs. I don't understand it other than they are just showing off and think they can manipulate their way thru what they don't know. It is all fine to me. But, they better not hurt anyone I care for. Which I am sure is something they have NEVER thought about.
