Re: SA Express News...'gun experts'
Just to be fair to the media, this sounds more like they were getting their information from the Rep. He was the one who said that he did not propose the bill for himself, so it sounds more like he used that logic. Legislators, even those on our side, are also not known for always getting the laws ...

Re: Suggestions & advice needed
If you want to thin them out get 4 or 5 guys with rifles and a couple with spotlights. Scopes help ID them on a night with decent moon light. Organize, aim, hit them with the lights and start shooting. Use hunting ammo in rifle caliber and don't expect the hogs to die on the spot. They run off even ...

Speaking of Cruz, a person only needs ONE parent who is a U.S. citizen to be born a citizen. Where they are born is meaningless as long as all the paperwork is done.

Re: Wally Walk with my PLR-16
I threw one in a backpack and carried it into Wal Mart in Abilene when I was getting my oil changed a few years ago. I don't know if it could be considered a "Wally Walk" but I guess it could be considered a back-up in my case.

Re: Limbo Status
I don't know if I missed something but can you show me where a CHL holder is covered under MPA in the law? A better question is can you show where a CHL holder is excluded from the MPA law, especially if the plastic is not in their possession so 46.15 doesn't apply? There's still a requirement to d...

Re: Limbo Status
A thought just occurred to me... What happens during that short time between manufacture pending and receiving it in the mailbox if you get pulled over, have a gun in your car. Are you still covered under the MPA and the CHL doesn't apply? Is the LEO going to know this or understand? You're still c...

Re: Another Texas School to allow concealed carry
I would dare say only a few schools will allow teachers and staff to carry and even fewer will ever allow anyone else with a CHL. We need a bill to do away with the restrictions for K-12 to pass. I have written my reps asking for it and hope everyone else will too.
