They used to have some pretty lucrative options for life memberships for youth. I didn't look at the article yet...I will.
But, my immediate thought: While it might be a fun publicity stunt, I think the funds would be better spent donating to the NRA's ILA arm, personally.
I personally don't want Bloomberg to have a snowball's chance of earning voting membership rights in the only organization with any political power that actively supports our 2A rights.
