Re: My New CMP M1

Here was my first one (CG HRA), Taste the grease :)

It has been followed by some a couple SG SA, all have been good shooters.

Re: BPA Baby Bottle Ban in Chicago

Having spent a decade in the Windy City, I will tell you first hand...

It's actually pretty orderly, they are all in the employ of the same folks. Been that way forever.

Of course, now they have a franchise in DC.

Interesting location to note that if you say something pro 2A it won't be the validity of what you say, they will just go after the method you use to say it. Was it... NO! she is dead wrong, this is the truth. ??????? No it's.... she made fun of the left, that's classless, BURN HER! http://www.redst...

Re: CNN slams 2A rights supporters

Lets see, the last 48 hours... The cnn folks are having a grand ole time making oral sex references to the tea parties, cnn reporters interviewing tea party participants as 'fair and balanced' as if they finally got a chance to interview hitler, and posting a message from begala that we should call ...

Double Play!

I purchased a new magazine for my 1911, but range tests showed that it twice failed to load the first round if the gun had a round already in the chamber. Before I put this magazine into my 'production' set of magazines I wanted to investigate and correct whatever was going on, so at home I decided ...

Re: January Applicants

I do not understand, my packet was recieved several days before yours, I had no problems with incomplete applications, and I still am processing. Yea, it was bad when my 'dates sent/date processing' days were earlier than some who started to get 'completed' messages. I started wondering if I was to...

Re: Alternate Viewpoint on HB 1893

I have always thought the 'legalize carry in a specific area' argument was mostly an issue of the lack of deterrence that exists in "gun free zones" that the cowards find appealing. Why start shooting up a shopping mall that might have someone armed when you can go rack up a nice easy body...

Re: Best Pocket Gun

Just finished my 300 round break in with my PM9 had no ftf, accurate, dependable, concealable. So far worth the price.

Have not had occasion in my short cc life to put it into carry, as my clothing thus far has provided the ability to carry a 1911.

Re: February Applications

OK. Now it begins to make sense. I didn't realize the 30+60 typo language. But what constitutes 'receipt'? In the mail or in the system? That seems to be where the 'typo' really throws the wrench in the works. That's again where it gets clear as mud, note the difference between renewals... Not late...

Re: February Applications

Not to rain on your parade (I'll do it anyway  ), but you are only 21 days in, not 45. The counting begins on the day your app enters the system, not when they receive it, so you'd start counting from March 6, not February 10. Not that it actually means much, but the 60 days starts when they r...
