I don't know much about this case but this is what I gather from what I've read:
A woman is in her own backyard concealed from view by a fence or bushes. A worker hears something so she climbs on top of something so she can see into the woman's backyard and sees something she describes as a gun case.
I don't understand the problem. The woman has every right to OC in her backyard. I've heard police say their is nothing they can do about someone playing loud obscene music during the day in their own yard so I don't see how a woman cussing in her backyard would be any different.
When I built my house I put in a swimming pool with a hot tub. We built a privacy fence. A house was built next to us and the neighbor built a play center for their kids with a tall crows nest that allows them to look directly into our backyard. We don't skinny dip or do anything other than relax in the hot tub, but I am sure others with our setup do. I have often wondered as I look up and see eyes looking at me how that conversation with the police would go.
