Oh man! I like that one even better. It can be ruled accidental rather than suicide and his insurance pays off!

My life insurance pays off regardless. Offing yourself wasn't covered the first two years of the policy but after that it pays.

I sure wouldn't want to be the one trying to convict someone of murder given the circumstances. Might just get laughed out of court. It would almost take someone bragging about it to make a case.

Alcohol and guns don't play well together.
