I did a 168 question psych, drug test, health physical today also. One question on the psych test that I had no idea what they were talking about went like this. It was a true false that said, I like to play drop the handkerchief. Is that some kind of game?KRM45 wrote:Wow, I've never seen an agency hire someone so quickly. I have to supply all my own gear so I need everything. Any websites to find all my duty gear will be appreciated. I will order my firearm ASAP and find a holster.
There are lots of places to get duty gear. GT is good, you can also try LAPG, policehq, even Amazon has most stuff. Buy the best stuff you can afford, especially the holster. Get light weight nylon if you are allowed to. I like open top mag holders due to their speed, open cuff cases, and kydex for the holster.
Good luck in FTO/PTO.
a game in which one player runs behind the other players as they stand in a circle and drops a handkerchief behind one of them who then must pick up the handkerchief and run around the circle after the first player and try to tag, catch, or kiss the first player before he or she gets to the vacant place in the circle left by the second player

I find it interesting how some on here choose to take comments as an afront even those none was intended. Maybe they take themselves too seriously. I can't figure it out.
Post like yours here are why I don't come in here much anymore.

But they probably won't grade as hard as a grammar police force.

I don't believe you are using the correct abbreviation for an associates degree. At least that's not the 3 letters I would want at the end of my name.nightmare69 wrote:Kilgore college is trying to start up a associates degree(60hrs)in criminal justice geared towards cops who work full time. Most if it will be online but you will have to come in for arrest search and seizure and crime scene investigation. The ASS will be taught by the lead prosecuter for Gregg county and Texas ranger out of Palestine(Ronnie something) who teaches crime scene investigation to the Texas rangers will teach that part of the course. I would get 24hrs for going through the academy and would only have to get another 36hrs to get my degree. This is all if the college board approves this Monday evening, I hope they do.
