Barring a disabling/killing event like a stroke or heart attack, I don't think that Scalia, Thomas, or Kennedy are willing to retire in the next 4 years. I believe that, barring such a catastrophe, they are all four young enough to still be able to do their jobs for the next four years. Here is what scares me: the possibility that some hardcore leftist goes rogue in the administration, covertly arranging for the assassination of a couple of the Court's conservatives, and giving Obama that opportunity to appoint a couple of new justices.

Your fears are what I was alluding to.

When I read stuff like this I think about flight 93. The other flights had no idea what us going to happen because history said to cooperate.
The passengers of flight 93 were armed with information that others did not have. They knew that if they did nothing not only would they die but others would also. So, they took action.

Like flight 93, we know where this path leads. The question is what will we do? Will we stand up (even though we may not survive) in order to preserve our freedoms for our families and our offspring? Will we follow the example of our forefathers or will we follow the example of those who like sheep are sheared until they have nothing more to offer and are then led off to be slaughtered? Only time will tell.
