Better yet, carry the gun without a mag in the well. That should make it even safer. Or, why not carry an empty gun with an empty mag on your belt and a box of ammo. This guy is drawing a gun with an empty chamber, racking, and shooting Israeli style. Didn't take long did it? In fact I imagine he put several rounds on target quicker than most shooters.
The down side of carrying with a round in the chamber is that you need serviceable gear and to know what you are doing. Otherwise this can happen:
