I would by no means want to be a test case. But I would be willing to bet that the person who becomes the test case (where the sign is not worded correctly and he was not aware of the posting because he entered via an entrance that is not posted) would not have to spend a dime of his own money on his defense. I can think of several organizations that are just itching to get their hands on a case like that. The only down side is if you lose. But it might well be a case that would make it to at least the state supreme court.
