I keep hearing about all of this courtroom fear. How many cases are there where a chl has been raked over the coals in a court room for something like what we are discussing here. The law is very clear that if you have not been given notice under 30.06 you have not committed a violation. In this case he never saw or passed a 30.06 sign nor was or has he yet been given verbal notification as described by 30.06. Until he actually has committed an offense he has nothing to fear but fear itself. How about some links to those court cases.

I could be wrong but my understanding is if you did not pass a 30.06 sign you are not in violation.
