The headlines will read, "Obama calls for<fill in the blank>". He'll demonize this just like he does everything that he disagrees with and everyone who disagrees with him. It will be called racist and the Liberals will lay down in the aisles and have seizures. Then Chairman Obama will send Robert Gibbs out to give some kind of feeble press conference, when in fact, what will not be acknowledged by the Liberals is that the glove has been thrown down and the federal government, this time on Obama's watch, has been called out for ignoring the immigration issue for the last decade. What's our man-child President going to do about it? Probably find another free market enterprise to confiscate and little more. What will be even more interesting will be to observe McCain and see if he reacts like a Conservative or if he "reaches out to his friends across the aisle".
