I don't know how it will affect me. My employer doesn't currently have a policy, but we are in the process of being bought out by another company based in Georgia, IIRC. I am hoping there will be little or no change in policies in this regard, but i can't predict the future (if I could, I wouldn't need a CHL, as I'd never end up in a place where I would need it! ).
