I live far south of you, and my class was $75, pictures at Walgreens were $8.24, my bank did the notarizing for free, and the Walker County Sherrif's office did the fingerprinting for free. Total with license fee: $223.24. The convenience of not having to do all that running around would seriously make me consider the all-in-one class, but there isn't one offered within 50 miles of me (that I know of) which had a schedule I could handle.
