We need a new party, the PATRIOT party. The only "platform" of said party should be Constitutionalism. For any issues not specifically addressed in the Constitution or Bill of Rights, the question will be posed to the people prior to a vote in congress, much like a primary election. The people get the chance to voice their oppinions in the form of a vote, then the representative should be REQUIRED to vote the way his constituency voted.
