JIM thanks. And , can you use less than .32 cal if the backup is chosen in Texas or other state allowing backup?

I am very thrilled for you guys-- I should be about 3 weeks from now ( 102 days ) predicting if the fingerprints have finally made it through the approval levels

Thanks for the info here on this thread. I just did fingerprints a third time. The first was ink, then Seguin PD LIFESCAN, AND FINALLY( I hope) -- Fast L1 in Austin. DPS did not say why the prints were not satisfactory. I'll stay in touch-- TONY
