Inside its probably very safe. Outside....a whole nother story. It still baffles me why we have one of the largest events in North Texas in the WORST part of town....time to pack it up and move elsewhere if you ask me.
That was my experience last year also. No one took any info from me or wrote anything down. They just looked at my CHL, told me to have a nice day and we went on about our business.
