Charles is correct. It is the county where the documents are signed. The notary stamp no longer has the county of residence on it. Texas notaries are valid across the state.switch wrote:Actually, I think it should list the county of residence of the Notary.

Write your application number on the top of every document. Sometimes things get separated and you want to make sure all the pieces find their way back to your package.
Also, make sure you have included 5 full years of employment history. If you were unemployed for a period of time, make a note as to why. You were looking for work, in school, disabled, trying to find yourself, whatever, just as long as you put something down. Well, something true, and believeable!
