I got a response to my April 15 question from them yesterday. Finally. Typical boilerplate: "We are waiting on the printing of your license. Thank you for your patience."
I'd be more sympathetic if they'd buy a bigger/faster/newer printer!

They haven't responded yet to my request of one week ago. I'm "only" 43 days in (from PIN assignment), but I don't think it's unreasonable to ask for a status update. If everything is 'on schedule', I should have my plastic May 8. But I'm not too optimistic right now...
