Set Aside Verdict Plea Withdrawn

I picked my record from the district clerk today. From the way I read it everything is good to go but I want to be sure before I send it in.

Below is the text from the document.

ON THIS 24th day of August, 1981, came on to be heard that above-styled and numbered cause, and came on to heard the Motion of the Defendant to set aside the verdict or permit Defendant to withdraw his plea and dismiss the accusation of the indictment against Defendant and release him from all penalties and disabilities resulting from the crime to which he plead guilty, and it appearing to the Court that said verdict should be set aside and Defendant should be permitted to withdraw his plea and dismiss the accusation of the indictment, and that Defendant should be released from all penalties and disabilities resulting from the crime: It is, therefore,
ORDERED, ADJUDGED AND DECREED that verdict herein be set aside and Defendant be, and he is hereby, allowed to withdraw his plea and the accusation of the indictment against Defendant is hereby dismissed, releasing Defendant from all penalties and disabilities resulting, from the crime of which he was charged.
SIGNED this 24th day of August, 1981
