Into the safe, check.... Along with taking the "mystery" out of guns by teaching your kids basic
gun safety. When my kids were young, I introduced them to hunting. I think showing them the damage
a bullet or shot pellets can do on game animals was the most profound lesson. Period. Better than
paper targets or milk jugs, and definitely better than Dad's endless safety talks. Now that all my brood
are adults....we still hunt & fish together. Some of our best times.......
