only go to size 13.... I need a 14M. Currently I use:
Tour-Master-Boots/Tour-Master-Boots-Nomad-Motorcycle-Boot-for-Men
and a pair of Eddie Moran's harness boots I picked up at Sportsmen's Guide.
I like both. I do not advise leather soled boots. Chippawa makes a great pair of
motorcycle boots but they are pricey.
Some guys like to have laces and a zipper for easy on and off. Either is fine w/ me.
1. Make sure it covers your ankle (extra thick or padding is best)
2. I like a oil resistent neoprene sole / Goodyear welt construction.
3. A reinforced toe box is nice.
4. For a touring type bike having a heel on your boot is good
Harley boots are fine. Remember HD outsources their boots and motorclothes, so, if you're
not hung up on the HD label, shop around. Good luck.
