Judd Gregg of New Hampshire, and Indiana's Richard Lugar - have broken with their party to back Kagan. They've argued that partisanship should play no role in debates over the Supreme Court and have called Obama's nominee qualified.

Listening to the radio yesterday, the comment was, a couple of Dem's were NOT voting for Kagan and
a few Rep's were going to vote FOR her. Anyone have a list of these names?
