Has anyone ever done it this way without sending them a app? and just letting them pull the app off of the dps site?
Will this work or am i screwed and going to be placed at the bottom of the pile until I send off the app. that gets mailed to me in my packet? Someone please help I do not want to be a statistic and wait 11 months for my plastic....
