IT will not prevent me from still carrying, but a CHL friendly bank, is a bank that does not have any indications of NO guns allowed... 
The Bank I go to has a 30.06 sign, but the sign is NOT consider legal..
1. I will NOT carry in any place that has a 30.06 sign, legal or not legal..
2. I WILL carry in place that has gunbuster signs or similar.
If approached by LEO , #1 LEO may not accept legal or not legal, could still be charged. (Assuming the DA would not pursue charges)
If approached by LEO , #2, I would point out have have a copy of 30.06 on my phone, and not likely charged.
