Duve told investigators that he was attacked when he tried to keep Garcia from leaving the store, so he pulled out a gun and fired.
This little tidbit was missing from the earlier pages.

Court appearance just hours after he was released yesterday although he paid his bail on Sunday. Plans to return to work.

So if they had not released him in time for his court appearance would his bail have been forfeited.
I can't see the article. Any new details?

Yeah, but 40 of the rounds are at 3 and 7 yards. Even at 15 yards, the head and the carrier are really far apart.

But yeah, from what I have seen in the classes I have been to, most people could use more practice (me included). :mrgreen:
