I believe the phrase the law uses is "openly discernible". The gun itself doesn't have to be visible. IMO that covers obvious traditional holsters and the like (but I'm not an expert and I'm not aware of any precedent).viperjock wrote:So even if there is NO part of the gun exposed or visible it is considered open?
