How many of you would have engaged this robber in a gun fight ? I did not get my CHL to stop a place from being robbed, since we were not there, we do not know if the good guy's life was threatened and that would be a different story but my decision has already been made, I am not going to get into a shootout with someone over a robbery unless I feel necessary. I know, we cannot read his mind, he might have started shooting people next but this could of turned out a lot worse. This is a decision that our guy made on circumstances that took place that we do not know the actual facts so we have to assume he felt this was the best plan of action and his hand might have been forced.

You would think, for the CHL'ER to engage, he would of had a good shot at the guy and shot first but the bad guy shot back several times( assuming), curious as to what caliber our good guy was using,
Unfortunately the bad guy was able to shoot back and hit our good guy. We can only pray for him and his family and be glad another scum is removed from society.
