Re: "Is that an ASSAULT rifle...?"
Wisdom doesn't necessarily come with age. Sometimes age just shows up all by itself.

Re: Which concealed license(s) do you have?
Utah is $10 to renew, Texas is $70 for most people, less for those who serve us. To carry in Texas (your home state) with a Texas CHL costs ~$20/month for your first five years, then ~$12/month for about 15 more years, then ~$6/month for the rest of your time. Paying for a cheaper license in anothe...

Re: RV Question #3
Welcome to the forum. I never met a full time RVer so I have a question for you. What do you do for a DL? Most states insist on having a current residence address, but if you live in your RV and don't own a house, what address do you give them? Are some states better than others for that? TIA

Re: CHL with a Felony Deferred Adjudication
So, tell me where in there you believe it states that successful completion of deferred adjudication is still a conviction? The CHL laws. "Convicted" means an adjudication of guilt or an order of deferred adjudication entered against a person by a court of competent jurisdiction whether o...

Re: grapevine mills mall 3006?
Believe me, none of the security guards at Grapevine Mills are going to notice... they'd be lucky to spot someone open-carrying an AK "rlol" :iagree: In any case, I've seen far too much of that place, so I don't bother going there anyway. As a mall it sucks anyway. :iagree: :iagree:

Re: my chl class, is this normal?
The "procedural" time (filling out forms, pictures, fingerprints, etc) is not supposed to be counted toward the 10 hours of class time. That's supposed to be instructional time only. Maybe it's supposed to be, but from the stories I hear it's common for instructors to spend hours on the &...

Re: heres my situation
Working 3rd shift behind the desk at a hotel. Masked man comes in to rob me. Do I have to see a gun before I can draw on him? I'm thinking if he's masked he's up to no good and I'm not waiting to find out if he has a gun. If he makes a move like he's going for a gun do I shoot? Tough questions. &qu...

Only you should have the key or combination to the gun case according to government rules.
