Whoa... does this mean that all the "every bullet fired = $10,000 in lawyer fees" stuff is just total... you know... told to new CHLers to keep deadly force as a very last resort?

Can the CHL sue the BG's family for the court costs / emotional distress?
If there really are no witnesses, are you better off just sprinkling some coke on the body and walking off?
