In the link from nitrogen's post under "How all CHLs are evil criminals" I spotted this gem:

"Lubbock, TX • Octber 18, 2008. Tye Burke, 25, was arrested and faces felony charges of
aggravated assault with a deadly weapon after pulling a gun on another parent at a children’s
soccer game. Burke pointed his handgun at the victim’s head."

Am I the only one who read that post about how he's not going to be facing charges and how the guy shoved him and then took a swing at him too? Does no one hold them accountable, can Tye Burke not sue for defamation of character (libel)?
