Re: December applications

Eikowan wrote:Well, 8 days after "Application Completed.... " still no plastic. Did a little research here and it seems most got theirs in the mail with 3-5 days :( If anyone has to set the record for "longest in the mail", it'll probably be me, lol. I could have walked it here from Austin in less time.

Bummed.
Did you ever get yours? Wally Walk?

Re: December applications

I had my plastic in hand before the website was updated, but it seems they do it overnight.

Re: December applications

Congrats to all who finally got approved. I got my plastic and 3 days later got the flu, and yes, I had the flu shot in October, but this apparently was a different strain. So I got to enjoy the freedom for 3 days, then a week of being house bound, but starting tomorrow, get to enjoy it again. I'd rather have the plastic than the flu any day...

Not bad for getting your plastic, congrats.

USP, P30L, H&K fan?
Corvette, good luck, my wife insists on driving one, not for me, I can count on one hand how many times I've driven it. And keep the warranty up.

Re: December applications

Tough call dBex, I emailed both and the Rep did all he could, but he's a big CHL supporter, I never heard from the Senator and he won't be getting my vote next election. You are right around the cusp of completion, hang in there, it will happen.

Re: December applications

I've been on double secret probation, but that didn't seem to hinder the approval process either. "rlol"

Re: December applications

I'm so excited I can barely type, Maryanne just called from DPS, mine has been approved and she offered to send overnight which I gladly accepted! The website still says processing but I don't care, I should have plastic in my hands tomorrow. Walking the dog at o'dark thirty won't be nearly as tense and neither will getting fuel near my job. I can't wait!

Re: December applications

Day 75 and counting. I've still had no response from DPS. I've had no issues from my app, been "processing" since the beginning. Maybe tomorrow....
