PIN letter 12/03 had to send in new prints a few weeks ago, but application completed today. I really dont understand how processing time can vary so much across the board. Maybe it really goes back to the county youre applying from, it seems like everyones has a different experience. I really hope DPS gets cards out to guys soon.
