Let me ask this question:
In the bill, theere's provisions about work/home/car, then a provision about "anywhere yoiu have a legal right to be"

I hope I'm understanding this right. If I do, the "burden of proof" is "lower" for someone breaking into your office/home/car, like at home.

The burden of proof is "higher" anywhere you have a legal right to be.

You no longer have a duty to retreat anywhere you have a legal right to be, NOT just your home/work/car, am I correct?

Also, you have civil immunity anywhere you have a legal right to be, correct?
