I'm not sending it back, it aint that bad. I'll try it again, guess I didnt get it warm enough....I was afraid of getting it too warm. Thanks.

Crossbreed question
Hey yall.
Have any of yall tried to 'tighten' your crossbreed with the heat gun trick their instructions recomend? I tried to do mine today and it didnt work. Mine has almost no retention....even after following their instrutions. Any other tips or tricks?
