This sort of leads me to a question, probably of LEOs in places where CHL is allowed....

If you do "make" someone by visual print or whatever, do you do ANYTHING? I mean, given a walk-a-day type circumstance, where the individual isn't "acting suspicious" or anything. Like if you were one of those troopers and you notices the outline of this guy's handguns, or you're out at the mall (assuming no 30.06) and you see the outline or something.

I don't know that most LEO's would do anything without some behavior or other suspicion, but I don't know, so I ask.
