Yeah, I know some states do not allow carrying with a round, or even a magzine in the pistol, but in our great state of Texas, they thankfully do not restrict our freedom. Unlike Nazi-fornia!

I work with a guy who says in Texas, you can not carry with a round in the chamber.

I know he is wrong, and I carry with a round in the chamber, because if you didnt, all you would have is an expensive rock.

Where does it say that you can though? I want to prove him wrong.

To get the license fee waived, you must be active duty or discharged less than 1 year ago. You need to send in a copy of your DD-214 OR LES, AND your military ID. Does not have to be in color. Does not have to be certified or notarized. Thank you for your service! And welcome to the forum! Thanks!
