Re: Frisco Library/City Hall posted
A lot of good points. Can someone suggest who I can wright to, maybe someone at the Frisco City Hall or something, asking why that is posted and what exactally they meant by it? I think it is a pretty new building.

Frisco Library/City Hall posted
Hello All, The other day I went to the Frisco Library for the first time. Apparently it shares a building with the City Hall, and is 30.06 posted. I was just wondering if anyone can confirm this or not if it is valid, I saw a posting on the 30.06 forum and it says Yes, but I think there is some conf...

Re: Carrying at Work
Other than getting a new job, which I am working on, any thoughts? How often are you searched at work? Never, and I wouldn't allow it either.... If any of y'all carry at work where it is legal but against employee rules and you get fired, let us know and we'll picket the place for you. Who is 'We' ...

Carrying at Work
Hey all, So I know that it not illegal to carry at work, unless posted, even if their employee hand book says no weapons. To my knowledge, the worse they can do if fire you. I am strongly considering carrying in my work place, and just am wondering how common this is, or if most people try to steer ...

Re: Near incident avoided - Trespasser
Haha that's awesome! Most cops I know (if they came) would of given him a but chewing, and told him that he was lucky that he wasn't bitten.
Glad everything ended up ok thought! We need more people who are alert and observant to watch out for people like that guy!

Re: Spotted CHL - little let down
Why does it matter? People are gonna do what they're gonna do. If it's illegal, they might get arrested, or they might get away with it. They might know the secret police handshake. Who knows? - Jim Personally I think it makes the rest of us look bad.... Also, if "little Jimmy" as mention...

Being the prankster I am, pretty much any video from "edbassmaster" bring tears to my eyes, here are some of my favorites: http://youtube.com/watch?v=HLi1yWasNrU[/yo...

Re: Glock + Holster meets grass
Thanks all for the holster suggestions, I know it's time for new one.... I have had it (holster) come out of my pants a few times while sitting down.... so far I have noticed before standing up or dropping it. I guess the price of what could happen in that case would out weigh the price of a better ...

Re: Glock + Holster meets grass
Yes I know I need something new, I just like the ones I have because they are convenient and I like how the gun rides (when it rides haha). Maybe I need to find something that is latch on rather than clip on...

Re: Glock + Holster meets grass
Can you see that conversation going well? Cop: would you like a ride back to your place? It's dark out there. You: sure! Thanks! Oh, and I've got a gun in my pocket, just so you know. Cop:  you: oh, but it is OK! I have a license. Not a good idea to volunteer that info unsolicited. HAHAHA ye...

Re: Neighbours car broken into
Grapevine is a nice town, but I know from working security there that there is a lot of vehicle break in/theft. (especially around the mall area) To once again state the obvious, I try to ONLY leave something (hidden of course) of importance or of value in my vehicle only if I have to. This includs ...

Glock + Holster meets grass
So I was walking with my fiance and her friend who works at our apartment complex late one night (pitch dark outside). When we made it to the front gate, we saw this car that looked like it wanted to approach us, but wasn't quite sure. At this point I am on high alert. Finally it approaches us. The ...

Re: How was your fair experience?
Finally a good experience!!! Where I got off the DART train there was a DPD booth INFRONT of the... brilliant minded security guards. I walked up, showed him my licenses, he inspected them, and then waved me and my fiance on after telling me where I was not aloud to go. Also, when I had to show ID t...
