Re: Texas Constitution and the Right to keep and bear arms.

The phrase "with a view to prevent crime" translates as "with the intent of preventing crime." Example usage: "With a view toward preserving the solvency of the federal government, we are going to do no more bailouts paid for by the American taxpayer." Therefore, the c...

Texas Constitution and the Right to keep and bear arms.

I am sure this topic has been brought up before, but still, I would like to hear the opinions and interpretations of others on it. As stated in the The Texas Contitution Article 1. Bill of Rights Sec.23.RIGHT TO KEEP AND BEAR ARMS. Every citizen shall have the right to keep and bear arms in the lawf...

Re: October Application

Send the packet in the 21st. How do I check my status? I didn't do anything online, the instructor gave me the packet so everything for me has been a manual process. First you will need to request a PIN. You probably should wait about two weeks before making the request. They cannot assign a PIN un...

Re: How is the test actually done?

In my class it was start from lower ready, then raise and fire one shot in 2 seconds then back to lower ready five times. Re: AT&T Center in San Antonio

Your going to see Neil Diamond, not Marilynn Manson, I wouldn't expect any problems here. Besides, when you leave, there will be cops on every corner. Just go and have a good time, got any extra tickets?
