I visited my bank (Dyess Federal Credit Union in Abilene, downtown location) today, they have white letters on a dark tinted window in between the two front doors that has a circle/slash over a handgun and wording that says 'NO FIREARMS ALLOWED'.

That's it. Not even a Spanish translation.

At the other branch on Dyess Air Force Base, they don't even have that, don't need anything since carry on a military base is prohibited and way too risky to try.
