When you apply on line (3rd renewal), you are shown a screen that denotes what portions of the process are fulfilled and what is still required. The way they have it set up, it will show him as needing a CHL-100. HE DOES NOT! I asked again if this was his 3rd renewal, he said he "yes" I told him that he did not need a " CHL-100 " if so.
He told me that he called DPS to check it out and did his renewal online and reciept said all he needed was a CHL-100 to sent in.
I find this alittle weird if it just calls for the CHL-100 can no classtime but he still claims thats all he needs. I suppose I`ll find out his weekend.
