Not likely IMO.

At least not this session. The media has not "honestly" represented the proposal (most of the time). As a result, the bulk of the citizenry (who even know about it) have been persuaded to think that the bill would allow ANY person to carry a concealed weapon on campus.

Rarely are the requirements/exclusions cited in an article.

Then we have another obstacle: Academia is largely "liberal" ....meaning that "most" will have anti-gun sentiments.

It's a "tough row to hoe".
