Reloading While Shooting Question

How do you prefer to reload while shooting? I watched this video and it made my brain hurt :confused5 Do you like the "sling shot" method, "over the top" method, or the "slide stop" method and why? Back in another century I was taught to use the slide stop and I do not remember when or how I started using "over the top method." Videos for food for thought.
