Really?

They do have an exemption and they should have the exemption. They have at least had five to six months of training thus they have more than exceeded the little four hour CHL class. They quality twice a year at minimum and CHL's qualify one time.

So I guess according to you we all need a five month long academy to get our CHL's.

That is not the law, but very could be his departments policy.
